Services and Estimates

We provide free estimates for all concrete projects. Estimates are based on site conditions at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if conditions differ during actual work. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Once you accept an estimate, we will provide a written contract outlining the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and warranty information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or decline any project at our discretion. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in your contract. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to file a lien against your property.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on materials and workmanship as specified in your contract. Warranty coverage varies by project type and will be clearly outlined before work begins. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided.

Liability and Insurance

Advanced Dunedin Concrete is fully licensed and insured. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler lines, or other hidden features not disclosed during site inspection. You are responsible for marking any known underground utilities or features before work begins.

Property Access and Site Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets and children are kept away from the construction site. You are responsible for removing any items from the work area that could interfere with our work. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property but are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other areas that must be accessed to complete the project.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to make changes to the scope of work after signing a contract, we will provide a written change order with any additional costs. You may cancel a contract within 3 business days of signing for a full refund of any deposit paid. After this period, cancellations may be subject to fees to cover materials ordered and work already completed.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
